Great Location and Amenities
This hotel offers an ideal location! It's central and so close to different restaurants and shopping malls. The subway system is also directly accessible from the hotel, offering easy access to any part of town. The hotel rooms are spacious and offer excellent facilities at a great price. The hotel staff are also very friendly and accommodating.
The hotel's breakfast menu is minimal, mostly serving Japanese meals which may not suit everyone's taste. However, there are other food options available in the vicinity of the hotel.

The staff was top notch, very friendly and went out of the way to please. The room was clean but small.
The complimentary breakfast dining room wasn't big enough to hold all the guests. We stayed in a triple which is one of the larger rooms but there wasn't much space to move around and no dresser to unpack.

Free iron and the same service. Small price. Subway is near the hotel.
It's located far from the center. The stuff speak English only a little. The hotel occupys upper floors in the shopping center, but the center is not big and works till 19-20. After this time there is only one poor Japan cafe and 24h shop not far from the hotel.

Everything in the room worked. Shower had enough water pressure and didn't leak out everywhere. The bathroom was tiny but very functional. The rooms were small but they had got all you need in them. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was very quite and peaceful. No doors banging or people shouting up and down corridores. Breakfast was suggicient and well stocked. Hotel staff were brilliant. Yes there was a language barrier but they put in 100% eefort to help with anything and everything. I honestly don't have a bad word to say about the hotel. You get waht you pay for and I paid a little and got a lot.
Nothing really. Complain about the size of the room but this is Japan. I stayed in a hotel in Tokyo for 1 night. I paid almost 3 times the price of the Best Western and got maybe 1 or 2 more square feet?

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel located inside a shopping mall. Conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to travel to other parts of the city. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with a window that offered a great view. The LAN cable provided in the room had a fast and reliable internet connection. The free use of massage chairs was a nice added bonus.
The breakfast provided was a bit disappointing, with very little Western options. Walls were thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. The air conditioning was centralized, and on the cold side in autumn.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. One of the best things about it is the location. It is right inside a shopping mall, which made it very convenient for us to do some shopping. The hotel also offers a wide range of services, such as dry cleaning and housekeeping, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room amenities were great, including an ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and even helped us purchase tickets to a concert. we were very impressed with the quality of service and the amenities offered at this hotel.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The staff is courteous. The location may not be central, but there is a multi-goods shopping centre next to the Osker Dream building (where the hotel is located. There is not much to find in Osker Dream building. Providing breakfast is a plus point too.
There were not many facilities within the hotel.

The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful during my stay at this city. They kindly assisted me in purchasing concert tickets despite my limited Japanese skills. The rooms were tidy, equipped with high-speed broadband, and located near the subway station. Also, the complimentary breakfast was superb.
Nothing negative to say.

There appears to be no air conditioning .. and the rooms were stuffy all through our stay.

It was a comfortable stay and value for money as it included a complimentary breakfast. It is centrally located in Osaka with a sub way line just outside the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. We ran in the Osaka marathon and this was one of the closest, most reasonably priced and convenient hotel to the finish point (and also convenient to get to the start point). The icing on the cake was the free laundrette and even a relaxation room with massage chairs!!
